Yes. The white screen and the "There has been a critical error on this website" message are classic WordPress debugging: a plugin or theme conflict after an update, an incompatible PHP version, exhausted memory. I turn on error logging, identify the culprit and bring the site back online.
This warning means Google detected malicious content on your site. You first need a deep cleanup, then a review request through Google Search Console. Once the site is clean, the warning usually disappears within a few days. I handle both steps.
